Advanced Diver Recognition

Open Water Diver training is designed to give you the basic knowledge and skills needed to explore the underwater environment. Specialty training takes you beyond those basic skills and prepares you to dive in a variety of situations and conditions, while increasing your confidence, making you a more comfortable and safe diver. New skills such as navigation, underwater photography, deep diving or night diving, broaden your diving experience, increase your appreciation for the underwater world, and are a whole lot of fun! Learn these skills with safety and confidence, under the guidance of a El Mar Diving Center Instructor.

El Mar Diving Centers Advanced Diver is different from other certification agencies. Our Advanced Diver is a Recognition of completing Four Specialty Courses and having 24 logged dives (including you Open Water certification dives), when you achieve that accomplishment, you are a Advanced Diver!

The primary goal of El Mar Diving Center is to teach you important skills in a fun environment. All courses are taught using home study, short academic sessions, and in-water training. Some suggested training courses; Underwater Navigation, Night/Limited Visibility, Underwater Photography, Boat Diving, or Buoyancy Diver, are just a few of the new skill sets you can learn.
